Atribuições:

  • O Engenheiro Naval Sênior apoiará a Equipe de Operações no gerenciamento da integridade Naval de toda a frota operando em águas brasileiras, reduzindo principalmente a probabilidade de questões de integridade naval, risco de poluição e entrada de água que resultaria em danos à unidade;
  • Resolver problemas relacionados à integridade estrutural do casco das unidades.;
  • Propor soluções técnicas e coordenar a execução offshore de reparos conforme necessário;
  • Desenvolver plano de inspeção para estruturas/espaços específicos, para fornecedor de inspeção, descrevendo TdB específico requisitos, com base em relatórios de inspeção anteriores ou com base na área suspeita identificada em cada unidade;
  • Ponto focal entre TdB e fornecedores de inspeção estrutural, fornecedores de engenharia e topógrafos;
  • Estimativa de materiais, cronograma, planejamento de recursos e atividade de desenvolvimento de recursos;
  • Promover iniciativas de redução de custos e aumento de produtividade;
  • Fornecer suporte offshore à equipe marítima para assuntos relacionados à inspeção estrutural/classe;
  • Fornecer suporte offshore à equipe da Marinha para resolução de pendências regulatórias;
  • Apoiar a equipe offshore durante as pesquisas;
  • Controle geral do cronograma do projeto;
  • Respeito aos requisitos legais;
  • Gestão de empreiteiros;
  • Preparar relatórios de encerramento e sessões de lições aprendidas para todos os trabalhos executados offshore;
  • Articular-se com Empresas e outras entidades do projeto;
  • Prover relatórios precisos das atividades;
  • Manter bom relacionamento com partes internas e externas.

  • Boa comunicação;
  • Aptidão para trabalhar com pessoas de diferentes formações técnicas e culturais;
  • Capaz de manter o foco em situações de pressão;
  • Mente aberta;
  • Capacidade de sugerir soluções inovadoras;
  • Abordagem proativa no processo decisório;
  • Licenciatura (preferencialmente Arquitetura Naval ou Civil, desde que com a experiência supracitada);
  • Experiência na indústria naval/de petróleo e gás em projetos greenfield e/ou brownfield de Estruturas Navais/offshore;
  • Inglês avançado/fluente;
