General Description

Implementing and maintaining certifications, providing support and guidance to teams in the areas with a view to complying with the ISO 9. and FSSC . standards, in an integrated manner with the other standards of the Integrated Management System (IMS), with a view to continually improving processes and activities.

Carrying out audits on suppliers, co-packers, 3PLs and plants and managing action plans, where applicable.

Managing IMS processes related to ISO 9. and the FSSC . Scheme, in terms of: necessary documentation, document control, records, control of non-conformities, monitoring and management of internal and external audits. Reviewing and approving the documented procedures of the management system. Guiding the areas in complying with the guidelines established for Quality and Food Safety.

Mission/Objectives

To develop, implement and continuously improve the Quality and Food Safety programme in Brazil, with the aim of ensuring compliance, consistency, risk reduction and that our products are safe and meet consumer and customer satisfaction.

Managing quality activities, maintaining alignment between Campari's plants, ensuring the quality and safety of processes and products, as well as the respective applicable laws.

Ensuring that the Integrated Management System related to ISO 9. and the FSSC . Scheme is maintained, as well as ensuring the management of documentation and legal requirements pertaining to Quality and Food Safety, together with those responsible.

Main responsibilities/activities

Managing the activities related to the process of implementing, certifying and maintaining the integrated management system (IMS) related to the ISO 9. and FSSC . standards, ensuring the continuous improvement of processes. Ensuring the implementation, maintenance and adaptation of policies and standards that comply with quality and food safety legislation; Representing the company at ABRABE (Brazilian Beverages Association) Technical Committee meetings; Ensuring the definition of quality requirements and specifications for raw materials, inputs, packaging materials and products; Actively working for the personal and professional development of the team, promoting training and other related activities such as orientation, coaching/support, exposure and recognition. Ensuring compliance with the internal procedures and management systems for which you and your team are responsible; Defining quality requirements and specifications for products, raw materials, inputs and packaging materials; Defining technical specifications and operating conditions for new engineering projects; Managing customer service, customer and consumer complaints, product incidents, recalls and withdrawals; Managing continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on reducing costs and solving problems/analysing the cause of failures, corrective actions and the effectiveness of the action plans implemented. Promoting the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System related to the ISO 9. and FSSC . standards, with the aim of continually improving processes and activities. Ensuring compliance with related legislation applicable to the business; Working with the ABRABE (Brazilian Beverages Association) Sustainability Technical Committee; Approving and proposing improvements to the documentation of the Integrated Management System, related to the ISO 9. standards and the FSSC . Scheme. -Ensuring the dissemination of information Coordinate Food Safety Team meetings, supporting the ESA leader and coordinating Critical Analysis meetings with managers in order to ensure discussion of issues related to the maintenance of ISO 9. standards and the FSSC . Scheme and provide means for the development and improvement of processes. Reviewing and/or approving the wording of procedures related to the Integrated Management System for ISO 9. and FSSC .. Management of internal audits: Planning audits, appointing and supervising the work of contracted auditors and/or consultants and monitoring the implementation of preventive/corrective actions. Managing external audits and monitoring the implementation of preventive/corrective actions. Audits of suppliers and co-packers, 3PL and follow-up on internal and external audits at the Suape Plant; Managing indicators and targets related to Quality Management Systems, Food Safety and Prerequisite Programmes.

Experience required

Minimum 5 years' experience in team leadership;

Educational level/qualifications required

Education: Complete university degree in Chemistry and/or Food Science Minimum training: FSSC Scheme Requirements (ISO., ISOTS-part1 and Additional Requirements) English language: Advanced level

Competências Técnicas

Knowledge of IMS-related standards (ISO 9., ISO ., ISO . and Scheme . and ISO . Knowledge of the legal requirements applicable to the food/beverage industry. Quality management tools. Lean Six Sigma training. Knowledge of Office Package (Word, Excel, Power Point).
