About the job
Being responsible for the entire payroll process, ensuring the accuracy of information.Calculation of commissions.Supporting daily and long-term tactical processes of employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, processing compensation changes, transfers/talent movement, mobility, time-off and leaves, and other employee administration-related responsibilities.Electronic Timekeeping calculation.Ensuring compliance with labor legislation.Administration of offered benefits.Vendor management.Union relations.Preparation of indicator reports, such as Overtime and Turnover.Acting as a Business Partner with District Managers.Being the focal point for employee assistance, via Service Point tickets.Internal HR actions.About you
