Description: Estamos em busca de um(a) Sales Development Representative (SDR) altamente organizado(a) e focado(a) na gestão eficiente do nosso sistema de CRM para se juntar à nossa equipe dinâmica de vendas. O(a) candidato(a) ideal será responsável por impulsionar o nosso funil de vendas através da identificação, qualificação e gestão de leads, com um olhar especial para a otimização de nosso CRM. Principais Responsabilidades:
Gestão de CRM: Registrar e manter atualizadas as informações dos contatos e atividades no sistema de CRM;
Enriquecimento de dados: utilizar ferramentas auxiliares e captar dados com os nossos atendimentos para enriquecer as informações que possuimos dos leads no nosso CRM;
Prospecção de Leads: Identificar e pesquisar potenciais clientes e realizar o contato inicial;
Qualificação de Leads: Avaliar o interesse e o potencial de compra dos leads;
Agendamento de Reuniões: Para os leads qualificados, o SDR deve agendar reuniões entre o potencial cliente e um closer.

Requirements:

  • Experiência anterior como SDR ou em funções similares, com ênfase em gestão de CRM;
  • Excel a partir do intermediário;
  • Excelente habilidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Resiliência e Persistência: A natureza do trabalho envolve lidar com rejeição frequentemente, então é importante manter uma atitude positiva e persistente;
  • Habilidades de Pesquisa: Ser capaz de identificar rapidamente informações relevantes sobre potenciais clientes e mercados;
  • Organização e Gestão do Tempo: Capacidade de gerenciar eficientemente uma grande quantidade de contatos e tarefas.
