Senior eLearning Curriculum Developer – NetSuite Education Services

The Senior Curriculum Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining eLearning curriculum for all NetSuite integrating new product releases and feedback into existing courseware. 

The ideal candidate has a passion for training, has excellent communication skills (English-language and Spanish-language), has instructional design expertise, demonstrates excellent attention to detail, and exhibits strong project management skills. Experience training users on ERP, financial, or accounting software is strongly desired.

Design, develop, and maintain eLearning courses for all audiences including customers, partners, and employees Create training documentation including conceptual framework, storyboards, audio, and simulation scripts for eLearning, student guides, quick reference materials, hands-on exercises, and knowledge checks Partner with Digital Production team on the creation of graphics and simulations  Work with cross-functional teams to develop course specifications and gather course content Stay current with trends, research, and best practices in eLearning development Strive for continuous growth and improvement by being agile, curious, a fast learner, and passionate about taking on big challenges with the ability to manage ambiguity and deal with uncertainty  Maintain effective partnerships with Curriculum Product Leads and Digital Production team to ensure the creation of effective learning solutions  Team with subject matter experts to gather best practices and incorporate expertise into learning objectives and user scenarios  Use data to measure effectiveness of course content and ensure it addresses the needs of NetSuite users
