Requisitos Necessários:

Buscamos um talento com experiência na atividade de analista de negócios e com bom relacionamento interpessoal. 

Para atuação em projetos, melhorias e sustentação de sistemas e soluções. 

 

Será responsável pelo atendimento das necessidades do negócio em seus processos, entendendo e propondo soluções. 

 

Entender as necessidades e demandas das áreas de negócios, acompanhar o processo de desenvolvimento e implantação, auxiliando na construção de soluções, documentação, priorização de demandas junto às equipes de negócio, desenvolvimento e fornecedores;


Avaliar ferramentas de mercado, validando arquitetura, tecnologias, requisitos técnicos, processos, funcionalidades e a aderência das soluções às necessidades da empresa bem como viabilidade do projeto; Atuar na análise de negócios e requisitos  incluindo análise das documentações de processos de negócios e tradução de requisitos dos usuários para equipes de desenvolvimento;  

 

Análise completa do negócio e do sistema, pensando no produto de ponta-a-ponta;
 

Acompanhar o desempenho do sistema através de análises e validações;
 

Entendimento  das necessidades e requisitos em formato ágil (user stories ou similar);
 

Atuação como facilitador do processo de desenvolvimento do sistema e refinamento do backlog;

 

Skill:

Experiência em levantamento de requisitos e escrita de histórias de usuário; 

Perfil proativo e independente; 

Comunicação em inglês (escrito e falado); 

Experiência como o responsável pela condução e entrega de projetos de médio|grande porte; 

Capacidade de síntese, visão sistêmica e saber ouvir. 

Além disso, você desempenhará um papel importante na otimização de processos e na garantia de que as regras de negócios sejam devidamente implementadas no sistema.
