Reports To: Country Manager

As a Compliance & Integrity Director Sao Paulo (iGaming) at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

  • Design and implement comprehensive compliance structures, including whistleblower programs, anti-corruption programs, and general law compliance.

  • Oversee regulation compliance, ensuring all operations align with legal and ethical standards.

  • Manage and control Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.

  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure applicability and compliance across the organization.


Required skills:

  • Fluent in English with high proficiency to ensure effective communication across global teams.

  • Experience in law firms or banking environments.

  • Proven background in negotiating responsibilities and adapting to organizational needs.

  • Qualified lawyer with experience in high-risk industries such as iGaming, FinTech, Crypto, Forex, or Payment systems.

  • Previous roles as an AML officer or in similar capacities are highly advantageous.
