The Opportunity

As an Enrollment Coordinator for Hult International Business School, you'll be the main point of contact for candidates who have expressed interest for an international experience, and help them determine if we're the right fit for them. Our students have the opportunity to see the world while attaining a higher education degree and are able to learn alongside a student body hailing from 140 countries.

Responsibilities Contacting a large volume of candidates from Latin America who have expressed interest in advancing their education, qualifying them, and seeing if Hult offers a fit for them Advise prospective students in person or via telephone and guide them through the enrollment and admission process Represent Hult at various fairs, conferences, and events and host regional info sessions and "meet and greet" sessions in targeted cities Work directly with our Enrollment team to procure strong candidates for them to speak with and bring on board as students Work collaboratively with a diverse, driven team in a fast-paced environment to develop new best practices Qualifications International experience (professional or personal) and passionate to work in a multicultural environment Works best in a team environment and thrives on collaboration Strong commercial instinct Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and execution skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good telephone manners and confidence in speaking on the phone Poise to handle the pressure and demands of the industry in a fast-paced and changing environment A flexible and positive outlook and growth mindset An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think outside of the box Drive to meet targets and a “nothing is impossible” outlook Fluent in both English and Portuguese About us Hult International Business School is a leading global business school offering a Bachelor degree, full-time and part-time Master degrees, one year accelerated and part-time Executive MBAs, a Doctoral program and Ashridge Executive Education programs.Hult’s innovative curriculum is taught by inspiring professors who possess real-world business experience.
