Na Cosentino () procuramos um Architect & Design Sales Manager (ADSM) para se juntar à nossa equipe, que terá a oportunidade de trabalhar num ambiente multinacional, em plena expansão, rodeado de inúmeros projetos desafiantes que você pode fazer parte.

O que você vai fazer

O Gerente de Vendas de Arquitetura e Design é responsável por desenvolver, gerenciar e aumentar o conhecimento, aceitação e vendas dos produtos Cosentino para os segmentos comercial e de design de contrato para aplicações internas e externas.

O ADSM identificará, buscará e aumentará ativamente as vendas e a fidelidade à marca, convocando arquitetos, designers, fabricantes, desenvolvedores e empreiteiros relacionados, enquanto coordena e colabora com outras equipes de vendas da Cosentino.

O que você precisa para ter sucesso

Criar e executar planos de vendas de longo prazo para escritórios de arquitetura e design, incorporadores, contas corporativas, novos proprietários e prestadores de serviços para obter especificações e vendas de superfícies de trabalho, pisos, revestimentos internos e fachadas externas;
Desenvolver novas oportunidades de projetos, envolvidas com novos desenvolvimentos ou trabalhos de renovação para interiores e exteriores de edifícios existentes;
Promover e representar os produtos da Cosentino em apresentações para arquitetos, designers, eventos e organizações específicas;
Manter relacionamento, colocação de produtos e detalhes do projeto com desenvolvimentos atualizados no banco de dados de gerenciamento de projetos (Sales Force CRM);
Responsável pela gestão e comunicação oportuna entre todas as partes para garantir a implementação bem-sucedida de programas de vendas, incluindo atualização de materiais de vendas, dados e informações técnicas de produtos, amostras, maquetes e propostas;
Gerenciar o próprio orçamento de vendas e mantém a disciplina para permanecer dentro dos orçamentos de vendas e despesas atribuídos mensalmente, trimestralmente e anualmente;
Auxiliar na implantação de programas de contas corporativas em uma base regional, conforme necessário. Esta tarefa pode exigir viagens para fora da área geográfica designada para visitar proprietários, fabricantes e empreiteiros de instalação para facilitar e gerenciar programas de implementação bem-sucedidos em vários locais. Será dado aviso prévio ao funcionário sobre a viagem;
Compromisso com a aprendizagem e conhecimento contínuos dos produtos de superfície Cosentino, os requisitos adequados de aplicação e especificação, juntamente com o processo de fabricação e instalação para garantir o uso adequado e a satisfação geral do cliente;
Coordenar com gerentes de contas da Cosentino, parceiros de negócios, fabricantes e empreiteiros de instalação para garantir a realização bem-sucedida da execução do projeto local;
