Who are you?
Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will:
- Advisory and support to stakeholders to gather and identify their needs and problems and whatsolution would best address them;
- Work closely with Agile team: Product Managers, Service Designer, Solution Architects, Developers tounderstand expectations and work towards making the Volvo Group Connected Solutions as seamlessas possible for the business;
- Initiate communication channels for end users to ensure that everyone working with the solutionunderstands for whom the solution is created and their needs;
- Perform user and market research for potential solutions that meets business requirements, end userstudies and end user evaluation to secure that important user needs are met with the prototype orworking solution;
- Focus on understanding business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, andoptimizing business operations;
Support prioritization of scope based on end user needs and business value; - Bridge the gap between IT and the business world by understanding needs and requirements of thebusiness and translate them into technical specifications;
- Work with Software Engineers to ensure that the technical solutions meet business requirements;
- Support the consistency with global processes and application use;
Propose changes that make the software product more efficient and/or reduce operation ormaintenance cost; - Continuously work to improve existing ways of working.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science, Business or related field;
Experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Engineer or similar with special focus on the business aspectsof the technical solution in a global environment;
Deep understanding of business analysis techniques and processes to address business requirementsfocused on user value proposition;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset;
Software development experience would be appreciated;
Enjoy working with people across the organization to facilitate the requirement management process on aglobal scale;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
Confident and strong communication skills – both oral and written in English;
Good team player - must be able to work with stakeholders at different levels in a global team.
