Tasks

This is what your tasks as Customer Relations Legal Specialist for Brazil look like:

Management and quality control of all legal and NEB (ProCon, consumidor.gov, etc.) customer lawsuits and claims received. Monitoring & coordination of cases (internal/external stakeholders) Ensure proper handling of payments and filing of complete documentation of lawsuit in internal systems (Cheetah, Targenio, etc.) Defense preparations by providing external local lawyer with required internal and external documents and explanations Find satisfactory conclusions to legal claims & avoid setting precedents Ensure up-to-date knowledge of LHG policies and procedures, coordinate, evaluate and develop local processes in cooperation with NYC AE/SO Identify and call attention to potential feedback handling deficiencies that lead to repetitive lawsuit and NEB filings & inform NYC AE/SO to address with the provider Responsible for periodic language check of Brazilian Portuguese correspondence for quality assurance

* Participate in any other Customer Relation duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required Min. 5 years of industry experience in customer relations English & Portuguese language knowledge required German language knowledge desirable Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training or experience in more than one of the following: tourism, customer relations for travel/tourism, station management, airport operations, key account management, loyalty program top customer services MS Office knowledge as user One Res, Worldtracer, Flight operations data base (ie. Obelisk), COSMIC or SRS reporting, Customer check-in data and/or SIRAX knowledge Customer data base experience Excellent written and verbal communications skills Excellent analytical skills Excellent ability to manage complexity  Excellent independent and proactive approach Ability to work under time pressure Willingness to travel

* Must possess a legal work permit in Brazil
