Marketing Coordinator EF Brazil is looking for aMarketing Coordinatorwho will have a pivotal role in driving the company’s market positioning by conductingconversion driven activitiesto maximize growth. Role  You will be key tohelp on drive the conversion rate up byexecuting and enhancing the marketing plan for the 1st party audience, working closely with Marketing Manager to ensure alignment of marketing strategy. You will be responsible to design and drive the tactical calendar and relevant offeringsfor both always on initiatives and campaigns to nourish leads so they become deals using a multi-channel approach (E-mail Mkt, whatsapp, Online Events, Partnerships, Media, Promotion, etc) based on seasonality, aligned with the sales team. You will localize global assets (Website pages, brochures, videos, etc) based on Brazil business priorities and channels, partnering with a local design. You will be guardian of the naming convetion protocol, the process of building and maintaining landing pages,the website healthand the overall performance integration to assure results are tracked properly. You will be pushed to identifynew routes of growth opportunities and to develop hypothesis-oriented tests, aligned with the global Marketing Automation team. Qualifications 2 - 4 years of direct marketing experience and minimum 2 years of working experience for a fast-paced growth company, preferably international and in a service-oriented sector of Tourism/ Educational. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketingor a related discipline. Experience in a lead generation operation is desired – preferably on CRM positions. Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory. Competencies, Skills and Abilities: Business acumen with strong aptitude for driving sales and growing the topline. Successful experience with marketing automation – database nourishment, audience building, journey definition, e-mail creation, etc. Solid numerical capabilities (number crunching). Ability to work under pressure,multi-task, and possess outstanding organization skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team as well as to drive and motivate others. Expertise in copywriting and design is a nice to have.
