• Carry out, under supervision, activities committed to the IT sector, carrying out analyses, controls, conferences, support, etc., with the purpose of streamlining the processes in your area of activity;
• Provide technical support to users, under supervision, providing guidance on the use of computer and communication systems and equipment, in resolving various problems, to maintain the technological resources that are used as tools by employees in perfect working order;
• Perform, under supervision, security actions for systems, using specific software, in order to keep them protected against viruses and invasions;
• Carry out, under supervision, data security actions, through specific software (backup), responsible for the physical security of the corresponding equipment and media, to guarantee access, storage and confidentiality of data;
• Control user interference, checking whether needs are being identified and met, evaluating the problems presented, as well as flaws detected in the programs, providing the necessary support to the requesting areas and seeking solutions for outstanding issues;
• Analyze, under supervision, the performance of systems that have been updated, using a test base, ensuring the necessary improvements for the end customer;
• Analyze, under supervision, the execution of the work of service providers (internet, equipment maintenance, network, database maintenance, software maintenance), to ensure that the services performed follow the criteria and prerequisites defined by the company ;
• Provide support, under supervision, in the processes of requesting equipment purchases and contracting IT services, in accordance with the needs of the requesting areas and corporate standards, analyzing the request, releasing an opinion to management, meeting the needs of the areas customers;
• Carry out activities that require IT technical support, related to finance, purchasing, sales, human resources and administrative routines, so that the needs of client areas are met;
• Provide support, under supervision, with problems that may arise with branches, mobile telephony and plant fixing when applicable.
• Prepare reports, statements, statistics and graphs on the activities carried out in your area of activity, in order to provide information to senior management;

Key education or certification required

? Higher education in Information Technology or related areas
Studying the 3rd period onwards.

Technical skills
• Desirable Knowledge of Systems
• Knowledge of computer network administration, database and hardware maintenance is desirable.
• Desirable intermediate knowledge of English and/or Spanish
