Responsabilidades principais:
- Coordenar equipe de atendimento ao cliente;
- Treinar para excelência em atendimento humanizado;
- Implantar plataformas para gestão de atendimento;
- Medir, acompanhar e corrigir processos;
- Realizar feedbacks individuais;
- Realizar reuniões periódicas com a equipe para alinhar metas e objetivos.

Requisitos:
- Graduação em Comunicação ou áreas relacionadas;
- Experiência comprovada na área de atendimento ao cliente, gerenciamento da experiência do cliente ou área relacionada;
- Conhecimento em gestão de projetos e processos;
- Habilidade para liderar equipes e fazer a gestão de pessoas;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação;
