We invite a skilled and proactive System Analyst with a strong technical background and extensive experience in monitoring production environments to join our team. You will help us build high-quality software serving the needs of a top global food & beverage chain with over 34,000 stores in 80 countries.   • 4+ years of relevant experience as a System Analyst
  • Strong technical background with hands-on production monitoring experience
  • Upper-Intermediate English level

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering effective production support, performing systems configuration and testing, and contributing to solution design.

  • Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements; support user story creation
  • Use LEAN techniques to develop business process design
  • Configure applications, including creating attributes, workflows, and UI changes
  • Support data conversion by extracting, loading, and validating data
  • Develop and execute test plans, prepare test environments, and validate results
  • Provide 24/7 support for critical systems; resolve and escalate trouble tickets
  • Perform root cause analysis and build expertise in system support
  • Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and teams, providing timely and thorough communication
  • Create and maintain systems documentation; facilitate system training
  • Write ad-hoc queries for mass data analysis and operational reports
