Estamos procurando um Channel Manager proativo e colaborativo, que seja apaixonado por construir e fortalecer relações estratégicas, negociar novos canais de vendas e impulsionar o crescimento do negócio. Se você possui um amplo conhecimento do mercado onde a LabVantage atua, tem habilidades excepcionais em relações interpessoais e gestão de leads, e está motivado por desafios, essa oportunidade é para você.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Identificar e negociar novos canais de vendas estratégicos: Descobrir e desenvolver novas oportunidades de mercado.
  • Treinar e desenvolver parcerias com os canais: Garantir que nossos parceiros estejam bem informados e capacitados para promover nossos produtos.
  • Gerenciar e apoiar ações de marketing para canais: Colaborar com o time de marketing para criar campanhas eficazes.
  • Impulsionar negócios e expandir a presença da LabVantage através dos canais: Desenvolver estratégias para aumentar a participação de mercado.
  • Gerenciar e nutrir leads: Seguir e desenvolver leads ao longo do funil de vendas para converter em parcerias eficazes.
  • Colaborar na troca de ideias e estratégias para aumentar o desempenho dos canais: Participar de sessões de brainstorming e desenvolvimento de estratégias.
  • Conectar canais estratégicos com a equipe interna de vendas da LabVantage LATAM: Facilitar a comunicação e colaboração entre parceiros e nossa equipe de vendas.

Qualificações Mandatórias:

  • Ensino superior completo: em Negócios, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência Anterior como Gerente de Canais de Vendas, vendas Consultivas ou similiares.
  • Inglês: intermediário avançado ou superior.
  • Habilidade para construir e manter relacionamentos estratégicos. ;
  • Amplo conhecimento do mercado de atuação da LabVantage LATAM.

Qualificações Desejadas:

  • Excelente capacidade de negociação e comunicação.
  • Forte orientação para resultados e motivação por desafios.
  • Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma e colaborativa.
  • Experiência em gestão de leads e funil de vendas.
  • Histórico de trabalho em equipe e colaboração.
