Job Summary

  • B2B Channel Partner Manager (Distributors & Resellers), responsible for developing and establishing commercial relationships, crafting proposals and create business plan together with them, aligned with company’s goals and strategy.

Opportunities to working with [B2B Channel Sales Team],

Areas of Responsibilities

  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify market opportunities and develop plans to expand the channel customer base.
  • Develop a long-term relationship with channel partner (Distributors and Resellers), Negotiate partnership agreements, terms and contractual conditions. Manage sales performance of channels and support them to achieve the mutual goals.
  • Manage all sales cycle (proposal, close the deal, get orders, execute the delivers) & supply chain (plan in advance, get the allocation aligned with the deals)
  • Prepare sales reports, performance analyses and forecasts. Present results to management team and propose improvements
  • Prospect new channels and business opportunities.
  • Attend events and trade shows to expand network and develop strategic partnership/alliances to support and accelerate business growth
  • Manage Sales Performance: Monthly, Quarter and Year basis to ensure the optimal resource allocation (Investments & Sales Deduction)

Requirements

Academic Background

  • High Education Degree in Business Administration, Engineer, Economics or Marketing. Additionally, specific courses in Commercial Management provide comprehensive training in business and commercial management.

Professional Experience:

  • Solid experience in Sales, Negotiation and Leadership is essential. Having worked as B2B Channel Sales Manager in Tech, IT or Telecom Companies
