About this opportunity

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will lead business transformation and process improvement efforts . Internal reference for coaching, designing, modeling and implementing new or modified process solutions to deliver a leaner and more efficient business. Responsible for support Align’s continuous improvement program called CI Nation, which is a problem-solving framework that supports our organizational efforts towards simplification. It’s the “glue” that channel the efforts and tools to support our daily activities towards operational excellence, promoting problem solving thinking and improvement effectiveness of our processes. In this role, you will… Support into Align Continuous Improvement program (CI Nation), defining program parameters, engaging employees and measuring performance. Work with Quality Assurance on process improvements, bringing methodologies (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) and related skills to support re-designing processes, including solutions proposal for automation/simplification. Lead key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization, collaborating with leadership to re-engineer processes. Responsible for mapping process, providing also insights to improving process (as is/to be) to support customer satisfaction increase. Keep customer centric mindset, supporting process design by customer perspective. Work closer than Customer Experience Team, to analyze and understand Voice of the Customer Metrics, in order to improve process based on customer perspective. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by effective communication and evidence of the value of problem-solving tools and techniques. Act as an internal consultant sharing guidance and technical expertise on Continuous Improvement methodology, ensuring that learning resources are available. Become an expert on KaiNexus system, supporting employees on continuous improvement ideas/projects management. Facilitate periodic review meetings with continuous improvement Ambassadors to ensure program development. Develop reporting methodologies to track the benefits and savings of CI initiatives to illustrate the sustained benefit of the program. Establish a recognition initiative for employees actively contributing to CI program. In this role, you’ll need … 4-6 years of previous experience in continuous improvement and/or process management; Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity and changing priorities. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with widely diverse group, including individuals at all levels and gain their cooperation. Customer Centric Mindset Ability to communicate effectively at all organization levels and in situations requiring instructing, persuading, negotiating, conflict resolution, consulting and advising. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in simplifying complex problems/information. Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and problem-solving skills. Education Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Engineering or similar Continuous Improvement certification at Lean Six Sigma Methodology Knowledge in Customer Experience and/or VOC metrics is desirable Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Visio Advanced English Advanced Spanish is desirable
