Description: Buscamos um(a) profissional proativo(a) com muita vontade de aprender para somar no Time de Novos Negócios da Agência FG. Deverá ser muito curioso(a), comunicativo(a) e empático(a), para entender as reais dores dos leads e qualificá-los, para que possamos atendê-los da melhor forma.
Você será responsável por atuar na prospecção e qualificação de prospects. Então se você é apaixonado por vendas, tem um perfil comunicativo, com habilidade de negociação e com foco em metas, dá uma olhada na descrição da posição abaixo e se inscreva

Principais Atividades:
- Incluir e atualizar Prospects no CRM;
- Qualificar leads e coletar pré-briefing de forma ativa (outbound) para o time comercial, identificando dores, história da marca, perfil e timing dos leads;
- Foco em agendamentos de calls e reuniões para o time comercial de forma ativa por ligação;
- Criar estratégias comerciais para e-mail marketing (Cold Mail);
- Criação de cadência de e-mails para Cold Mail;
- Atendimento dos leads via telefone, e-mail, WhatsApp;
- Utilizar ferramentas de apoio (Ferramentas Google, Pipedrive, Snov.io, entre outros);
- Preenchimento de planilha de resultados diariamente para acompanhamento interno;
- Ir presencial à FG em Santo André quando necessário;
- Visitas à clientes e a eventos em São Paulo quando necessário;
- Acompanhamento de métricas e dados a fim de obter melhorias no processo.

Requirements:

  • Ensino superior completo em áreas de Marketing, Administração, Computação ou correlatas;
  • Ter disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em Santo André - SP no mínimo 2x por semana;
  • Gostar de falar ao telefone e em público;
  • Ser organizado(a) e gostar de dados;
  • Conhecimento em marketing e e-commerce;
  • Ter experiência sólida com vendas Outbound e Inside Sales;
  • Conhecimento em Google Sheets e Excel;
  • Boa comunicação e escrita;
  • Gostar de aprender;
  • Ter perfil proativo(a), organizado(a), ágil, comprometido(a) e resiliente;
  • Capacidade de persuasão e negociação;
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas como SPIN Selling e BANT.

Desired Skills:

  • Experiência no uso do CRM Pipedrive;
  • Experiência com a criação de e-mail marketing Cold Mail;
  • Experiência no uso da ferramenta Snov.io;
  • Ter experiência em Outbound em agências de publicidade/marketing.
