Estamos buscando um perfil para Business Development Analyst para entrar em nosso time e ajudar a construir o Go-To-Market de um novo produto. Uma estratégia de Go-To-market inclui o lançamento e o posicionamento de um produto novo no mercado e busca responder às seguintes perguntas: O que é? Para quem é? Porque existe? Como será entregue? Onde e quando?
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
Como Business Development Analyst (Pleno) os seus desafios serão:
Realizar análises de mercado para identificar tendências, oportunidades e concorrência; Colaborar com as equipes internas para desenvolver estratégias de crescimento de negócios e planos de entrada em novos mercados; Participar na identificação e prospecção de novos parceiros e clientes; Auxiliar na criação de propostas de negócios, pitches e apresentações; Desenvolvimento de pricing para os produtos; Atuar de forma próxima ao líder da área, apoiando-o nas diferentes missões estratégicas; Atuar de forma colaborativa com os Diretores em novos negócios; Acompanhar e monitorar OKR.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Você deve ter:
Graduação em andamento em Administração, Administração Pública, Ciências Econômicas, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; Disponibilidade para atuar no modelo híbrido; Conhecimento avançado em Excel e facilidade com números/dados; Conhecimento em Pacote Office ou G Suíte; Organização; Proatividade; Perfil Hands On; Energia e ambição de fazer a diferença; Boa oratória e redação; Desejável Inglês avançado.
