The Position

The LATAM Omnichannel Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that the LATAM region’s omnichannel initiatives are executed seamlessly, driving engagement and optimizing the use of various digital channels to meet business objectives. Among your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the development and implementation of multichannel content strategies across LATAM, collaborating with marketing, medical, and digital teams.
  • Manage internal and external relationships by communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and fostering innovation in digital strategies.
  • Oversee the planning, production, and implementation of digital content, driving the adoption of multichannel tactics and optimizing customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain governance for digital activities, ensuring clear roles, compliance, and adherence to internal and external standards.
  • Represent the LATAM affiliate in global meetings, sharing feedback and best practices to ensure alignment with global strategies and programs.

 

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Marketing or related areas.
  • Experience in Multichannel/Omnichannel/Digital Transformation, specifically in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical industry (including email marketing).
  • You are proficient in data analysis and digital channel analytics, with the ability to navigate across various digital channels.
  • You have Advanced/Fluent level of English.
  • It will be considered an asset if you have experience working with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and with Medical Portals.
