Position Overview:

The Territory Sales Coordinator for LATAM will be responsible for managing sales activities within the region, fostering strong relationships with vendors and distributors, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate must be proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized, with proven experience in the channel distribution industry and a strong understanding of technology products and services. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and channel partners in the LATAM region.
  • Provide competitive quotes to clients and negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure profitability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in the region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and vendor updates to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all transactions.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the channel distribution industry, specifically in the technology sector.
  • Established relationships with vendors and distributors in the LATAM region.
  • Proven experience in providing quotes to clients and negotiating pricing with vendors.
  • Strong understanding of technology products, services, and the VAR industry.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and self-motivated with strong organizational and management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
