Quais as Responsabilidades do cargo?

  • Identificar e qualificar leads, entrar em contato, gerar oportunidades de negócio e apoiar a equipe comercial. Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de estratégias de marketing e na promoção dos produtos do setor de incorporações.

Requisitos:

  • Formação completa ou em fase de conclusão nos cursos de Administração/Marketing/Relações Públicas ou áreas afins;
  • Mínimo de 1 (um) ano de experiência com rotinas comerciais no setor imobiliário /incorporações, marcas de alto padrão, revenda de automóveis, franquias; 
  • Habilidades administrativas; marketing digital e off; atendimento ao cliente, conhecimento em CRM, Canva; Pacote Office.

Para isso, no dia-a-dia você irá:

  • Iniciar, acompanhar e executar o bom relacionamento com leads, prospects e clientes;
  • Receber e organizar os leads do marketing;
  • Fazer pesquisas sobre os leads;
  • Elaborar um roteiro para o primeiro contato;
  • Investigar as características do lead e identificar suas necessidades;
  • Confirmar se o lead tem potencial para se tornar cliente;
  • Promover o engajamento do lead por meio de follow-ups;
  • Agendar o encontro com o representante de vendas;
  • Dar suporte no atendimento aos leads e prospects nos canais digitais da empresa, com cordialidade, celeridade e proatividade;
  • Acompanhar e atualizar CRM;
  • Atualizar rotinas, checkpoints e notas no Trello ou ClickUp;
  • Realizar outras atividades inerentes ao cargo.
