We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to enhance customer service operations and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ServiceNow CSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management.

Requirements● ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
● Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, and HTML for customizing and developing ServiceNow CSM solutions.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with a focus on Customer Service Management modules.
● This role requires bilingual candidates in English and Spanish / English and Portuguese.
