Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist , located in Sao Paulo (Brazil)

About you and this role - What you would do in this role:

This position enables a best in class employee experience through exceptional subject matter expertise, consultation and service delivery for their areas of focus. This includes the management, implementation, and delivery of innovative solutions specific to their discipline(s) of accountability. This role is an escalation point to provide specialist expertise to triage and resolve cases within the tiered service delivery model. Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

In this position, you will need to manage compensation and benefits for countries based in LA, as well as managing external vendors and will be responsible for Lead and implement Projects (Global and Local ones).

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any area of study.

2--3 years of professional experience in compensation

Portuguese/Spanish and English languages – speaking, writing, and reading at an advanced/fluent level.

Demonstrates a strong focus on ethics and compliance.

Ability to interact and communicate effectively across levels of the organization and with external service providers.

Shows responsibility, confidentiality and maturity for handling sensitive information.

Capable of conducting difficult conversations and working in situations where there is resistance from leaders/employees.

Analytical Skill

Preferred skills:

Previous experience in other HR disciplines.

Project management experience.

Communication strategy planning and development.
