What you’ll do:

Lead an Account Manager sales team that is responsible for our existing business across Latam Markets, delivering against quarterly revenue goals, increasing retained advertiser's average spend Develop and deploy sales programs that drive results for Pinterest advertisersDefine the operations sales strategy by developing and standardizing operations systems to empower the team to operate at scaleAchieve revenue targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performanceImplement processes and strategies to scale SMB programs and revenue across a diverse set of customersClearly, communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders across time zonesMotivate and develop sales talent, creating a positive culture of accountabilityWork cross-functionally and build cohesive partnerships with internal stakeholders including product, sales operations, and marketingManage relationship with Pinterest’s vendor partner

What we’re looking for:

10+ years professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadershipDemonstrated track record of leading sales teams to exceed quotasAbility to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisionsExperience creating sales motions or programs in a sales organizationComfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environmentAbility and willingness to get your hands dirty - from SFDC reporting to call coaching, this leader will need to be able to go deep selectively to help inform the broader strategic visionExperienced in process management, operations management, with a strong understanding how to grow and scale businessesExperience working with outsourced vendors is a plusFluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity softwareFluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish language skills are a plus
