Responsibilities
    • Identify and assess risks across the organization, including operational, financial, and strategic risks.
    • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and potential risk factors.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
    • Monitor and report on risk metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Provide support and training to staff on risk management practices and procedures.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience as a Risk Analyst or in a related role.
    • Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Experience with risk management tools and software.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
    • Certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM).
    • Familiarity with [specific industry such as finance, healthcare, etc.].
    • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
    • Knowledge of [other relevant skills or experiences such as data analysis, compliance, etc.].
