Essa oportunidade é para atuar como Sales Development Representative - SDR em uma empresa que atua no ramo de serviços de traduções.
O QUE A EMPRESA OFERECE:
•Modelo de contratação: PJ;
•Salário: R$2.500,00 + comissionamento de acordo com as metas;
•Vale Transporte;
•Horário: Segunda à sexta das 9h as 18h - Modelo híbrido (home office todas as segundas e sextas, presencial de terça a quinta).
O QUE VOCÊ PRECISA TER:
•Ensino médio completo;
•A partir de 1 ano de experiência na função;
•Conhecimento em prospecção Ativa de clientes com sistemas e CRM.
O QUE VOCÊ IRÁ REALIZAR:
•Identificar e prospectar novos leads, utilizando diversas ferramentas e estratégias;
•Qualificar leads iniciais, fazendo perguntas-chave para entender suas necessidades, orçamento e potencial de compra;
•Realizar contato direto com leads por telefone, e-mail ou outros canais, com o objetivo de iniciar uma conversa sobre as soluções da empresa;
•Nutrir e manter o relacionamento com leads, realizando follow-ups periódicos;
•Registrar todas as interações e atualizações de leads no CRM, acompanhando o progresso das negociações;
•Acompanhar KPIs de desempenho, com o objetivo de otimizar o processo de prospecção e contribuir para os objetivos da equipe comercial.
