Role Summary:

Manage human resources activities, involving personnel administration, payroll, labor relations, benefit management, compensation and human resources cost management, Implementing strategic and operational guidelines for your department, in order to capture, maintain and develop people in compliance

Responsibilities:

• Manage human resources activities, involving personnel administration, payroll, labor relations, benefit management, compensation and human resources cost management, Implementing strategic and operational guidelines for your department, in order to capture, maintain and develop people in compliance with company plans and ensure compliance with the implementation of labor and social security legislation in force

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in the related job field.• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.• Willing to relocate to the job location.
