Manager – Digital Payments

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to oversee our Digital Payments Initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the analysts in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions to our clients in Latin America.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Digital Payments Business Analysts.

- Oversee the development and implementation of strategies to achieve P&L targets, sales goals, and ensure client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and analyze product requirements.

- Drive the development and enhancement of user experience interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Support the implementation of digital payment features such as tokenization, instant digital issuance, transaction enrichment, account and cards controls, event management, and the issuer developer portal.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination between team members and stakeholders.

- Monitor and track team performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations for innovation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field.

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the digital payments industry, preferably as a Business Analyst.

- Strong understanding of digital payment systems, technologies, and tokenization.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
