Propósito

Como membro da equipe de vendas globais da GSO, o Gerente de Leisure & Indirect Sales administrará uma carteira de contas globais do segmento mencionado e outros relacionados a vendas não corporativas (Companhias Aéreas, Seriados, Grupos Leisure, outros) e terá como principal propósito atingir as metas especificamente delineadas em relação à contribuição para os hotéis da WHR.

Desempenhará um papel proativo no desenvolvimento de suas contas em termos de relacionamento, comunicações e engajamento, sendo o principal ponto de contato de vendas para aumentar sua produção e o incremento na participação de mercado da oferta da WHR na LATAMC e a nível global.

Neste papel, será o líder do portfólio previamente designado e estrategicamente se posicionará frente aos hotéis da WHR como líder da conta, a qual deverá contribuir no resultado dos hotéis, criando valor e contribuindo para a venda geral do GSO da região.

Principais funções e responsabilidades

Desenvolver 100% do portfólio atribuído dos segmentos de Leisure & Indirect Sales. Gerenciar e apoiar a equipe de distribuição, compreendendo o ecossistema de conectividade para aumentar as vendas do segmento na região com os canais e conectores (Omnibees, Hyperguest, SiteMinder, outros). Maximizar as propriedades focadas no segmento de Leisure e gerar grupos relacionados aos seus segmentos com uma conversão ideal de 30% das oportunidades. Identificar oportunidades no segmento de companhias aéreas, principalmente aquelas que têm decisão na região, e atuar como interlocutor com a equipe global dos diferentes hubs focados neste segmento aéreo. Gerenciar o orçamento atribuído para gerar retorno das ações planejadas (workshops, visitas a hotéis, PR, feiras). Planejar uma rotina que inclua videochamadas, visitas presenciais, workshops e todas as oportunidades de gerar conteúdo de interesse para os segmentos atribuídos. Caso lhe seja atribuído um segmento de mercado, ser o interlocutor e responsável pela comunicação e estratégia definida pelo GSO e adequada à visão do Sr. Diretor da região. Ponto focal de representação da WHR para as contas e região atribuídas. Gerar os relatórios mensais de gestão de acordo com os entregáveis alinhados com o GSO LATAMC. Auxiliar a direção em relatórios, planos de ação e projetos de acordo com a atribuição que lhe for feita. Maximizar todas as ferramentas de vendas da WHR para a gestão de vendas. Coordenar suporte com seus pares durante licenças ou férias e atender às necessidades do referido portfólio.

Educação e experiência

Administração de empresas, tecnólogo em hotelaria ou áreas afins. Conhecimento em Sistema de Gestão Hoteleira (PMS), idealmente Opera. Nível avançado de inglês.  Experiência mínima de 5 anos em hotéis, dentro das equipes de vendas, preferencialmente em outras equipes de vendas globais. Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office. Cvent e Salesforce.com são um diferencial. Conhecimento em distribuição e conectividade.
