Associate Director Marketing - Motion Branding  

O Coordenador(a) de Motion Branding da área de Creative será responsável por desenvolver e implementar estratégias de motion branding para fortalecer a identidade visual das marcas do BTG Pactual. O profissional irá direcionar e criar animações e vídeos que comuniquem de forma eficaz os valores, propósito e personalidade das marcas.

O Coordenador(a) trabalhará em colaboração com equipes multidisciplinares, incluindo criação, conteúdo, mídia e pesquisa de marketing, para assegurar a consistência da marca em todos os pontos de contato. Será responsável por planejar, priorizar e conduzir projetos de motion branding com as equipes de criação, audiovisual, conteúdo e mídia, além de analisar os resultados das iniciativas e campanhas, ajustando as estratégias conforme necessário. 

No dia a dia:  

Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de motion branding para fortalecer a identidade visual das marcas do BTG Pactual e das marcas do grupo;  Direcionar e criar animações e vídeos que comuniquem de forma eficaz os valores, propósito e personalidade das marcas.  Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares (criação, conteúdo, mídia, pesquisa de marketing, etc.) Apoiar na execução de campanhas publicitárias e promocionais, aumentando a visibilidade da marca e impulsionando as estratégias de aquisição de clientes.  Criatividade na direção e produção de peças animadas, sempre inovando e com obsessão em transformar o estático em algo incrivelmente animado;  Ter ótima noção estética/funcional: para traduzir o técnico para o atrativo (captando consumidores), inspirador (incentivando a consciência da educação financeira) e informativo (transformando o conteúdo complexo em algo com fácil compreensão);  Analisar os resultados das iniciativas de animação das campanhas, ajustando as estratégias conforme necessário. 

Requisitos:  

Formação em Comunicação, Publicidade e Propaganda, Design Gráfico, Animação, ou áreas relacionadas.  Experiência comprovada em motion design.  Conhecimento avançado em softwares de animação e edição de vídeo (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).  Habilidades em gestão de projetos e metodologia ágil.  Capacidade de criar narrativas visuais que engajem e comuniquem de forma clara os valores da marca.  Inglês e espanhol avançado (desejável).
