What You’ll Do

As Junior Support Analyst you’ll be the frontline offering a quick and accessible solution for common IT-related problems, that you’ll provide L1 support is to handle basic queries and resolve straightforward issues. These could include password resets software installations and general troubleshooting. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Analyze and interpret business requirements to identify areas for improvement within the organization.  Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders through efficient use of Outlook for scheduling updates and feedback collection.  Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports and presentations to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.  Conduct market research to support strategic decision-making and offer competitive insights.  Utilize data analysis techniques to forecast trends and assess the impact of proposed changes.  Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.  Offer recommendations for process enhancements and innovations that drive efficiency and cost savings.  Monitor project progress addressing potential issues and adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.  Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout project lifecycles.  Train and guide team members on best practices for using Outlook and other tools to optimize workflow.

Preferred experience: 

Proven experience as a Business Analyst particularly in projects requiring extensive use of Outlook for communication and coordination.  Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies with a knack for identifying trends and insights.  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Familiarity with project management principles and practices with a focus on delivering results within tight deadlines.

Language: 

Spanish advanced or fluent is mandatory - Latam project.
