Como Analista de Tesouraria Sr da LA, você desempenhará um papel crucial na gestão diária de caixa da organização, incluindo o investimento de caixa excedente, previsão de caixa e execução das principais atividades operacionais da tesouraria regional

Suas responsabilidades incluirão a análise de extratos bancários e transações para monitorar a liquidez diária, desenvolvendo e implementando previsões de fluxo de caixa e otimizando a utilização de caixa por meio de relatórios de tesouraria.

Atualmente, nossa organização mantém relações bancárias no México (20%) e no Brasil (80%). Você também terá a tarefa de manter relacionamentos sólidos com parceiros bancários e instituições financeiras, atuando como principal administrador de contas para sistemas bancários e de tesouraria on-line e gerenciando a renovação anual das cartas de fiança.

Além disso, você terá a oportunidade de se manter informado sobre as melhores práticas de tesouraria, aproveitar os relacionamentos bancários da nossa empresa para acessar ferramentas e recursos para desenvolver soluções proativas e identificar oportunidades para agilizar processos de tesouraria, aprimorar controles e melhorar a eficiência.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

 

  • Monitoramento de acesso de plataformas bancárias assim como acesso de usuários e renovação de procurações bancarias e cartas de garantia.
  • Elaborar (projetar) e controlar o fluxo de caixa, acompanhando e planejando recebimentos, pagamentos, aplicações financeiras e saldos bancários, com foco na otimização de caixa.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as práticas atuais de mercado para gestão de tesouraria corporativa, buscando os melhores benefícios oferecidos pelas instituições financeiras, a fim de indicar as melhores alternativas de utilização dos recursos.
  • Reportar periodicamente a posição atual de caixa e a previsão de fluxo de caixa para a Corporação.
  • Pagamentos Internacionais
  • Reconciliação bancaria diária Brasil e Mexico
  • Atuar como backup de contas a pagar.

 

REQUISITOS BASICOS

 

Escolaridade: Ensino Superior completo em Economia, Ciencias Contábeis ou Administração de Empresas;

Experiência profissional desejável: 

  • Experiência em tesouraria e fluxo de caixa, preferencialmente em empresa multinacional por 5 anos ou mais.
  • Experiência em contas a receber e a pagar, preferencialmente em empresa multinacional por 5 anos ou mais.

Idioma: Ingles Avançado e Espanhol como diferencial.

Outros conhecimentos desejáveis: Conhecimento de ERP, preferencialmente SAP, Pacote Office avançado, PowerBI é um diferencial, conhecimento do Processo de importação,
