About the Role:

The Treasury Management Sales Analyst is a key member of our team, responsible for partnering with Treasury Management Sales Consultants to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized sales proposals and account schematics to meet customer needs.
  • Manage treasury management service agreements and other client-facing sales-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete Treasury Management Relationship Reviews, Working Capital Analysis, and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Own post-sale activities, including implementation of domestic and international treasury solutions.
  • Identify and cross-sell treasury management solutions through needs analysis approach.
  • Follow up and resolve problems, billing issues, and assist clients in navigating the bank's services.
  • Lead post-implementation client review process and report status to Treasury Management Sales Consultants and relationship teams.
  • Attend banker education sessions with Treasury Management Sales Consultants at least once per quarter.
  • Assist with annual re-pricing initiatives by partnering with Treasury Management Sales Consultants and billing teams.
  • Lead and schedule team meetings with assigned Treasury Management Sales Consultants and other specialists.
  • Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the bank's written policies and procedures.
  • Actively learn, demonstrate, and foster the Umpqua Bank corporate culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or general business preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Treasury Management Sales, Sales Support, or other business-related experience required.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Treasury Management pre-sale/post-sale processes, products, operational procedures, documentation, practices, and policies.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial banking products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven record of strong customer service skills, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Virtual Technology Tools.
  • Demonstrated interest/ambition to develop into an individual sales contributor.
