About the Role
We are seeking a Partnership Lead to develop and manage strategic relationships with commercial partners, system integrators, and technology providers across Latin America. This role is responsible for expanding the company's partner ecosystem, creating joint business opportunities, and driving long-term collaboration that strengthens market presence and overall business growth.
This is a fully remote position supporting partners across multiple LATAM markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that complement the company's product ecosystem.
- Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, including partner identification, negotiation, onboarding, execution, and ongoing relationship management.
- Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships that drive mutual business growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand the partner ecosystem across the LATAM region.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in partnership management, channel management, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify partnership and growth opportunities.
- Experience managing commercial partnerships or partner ecosystems.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Fluent or Native in Portuguese
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with system integrators or technology partners.
- Experience developing joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Experience supporting regional or international partnerships across Latin America.

Compensation
- Monthly Budget: USD 3,000–4,000 (depending on experience)
