Industry Opportunities: Channel Expert

Our organization seeks a dynamic and experienced Channel Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our banking and payment partnership strategy within Latin America. This position will be responsible for fostering daily partner relationships, overseeing new card channel initiatives, and facilitating internal/external coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and expand banking relationships across Latin America with the aim of driving regional growth.
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain new card channels and payment partnerships in the Latin American market.
  • Coordinate closely with regional banks, card partners, and internal teams to address operational and compliance requirements.
  • Research and analyze jurisdictional regulations and licensing requirements across Latin America to inform new market entry strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to highlight partner performance and opportunities.
  • Provide essential operational support in executing agreements, resolving issues, and monitoring ongoing partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with proven exposure to the Latin American payments landscape.
  • Established familiarity with local market players and strong relationships with card organizations, insurers, and third-party payment providers in Latin America.
  • Good understanding of payment systems and card networks; prior exposure to regulatory or compliance matters is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with multiple stakeholders and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required, along with English proficiency.
  • Prior interest or experience in crypto/digital assets is an added advantage.
