We are a rapidly expanding team and are seeking a Partner Manager based in LATAM to drive channel acquisition and make our partners successful in the most loved SMB messaging collaboration tool.

Responsibilities
  • Play a pivotal role in accelerating our partnerships across all markets, enabling our product to be distributed to thousands of businesses in Latin America.
  • Prospect, identify, qualify and generate new partnerships.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close business deals.
  • Drive go-to-market activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, product marketing, engineering, design, content) to plan and launch partnerships.
  • Manage your partnership pipeline and ensure timely internal and external reporting.
  • Manage the existing portfolio of partners, including upselling, expanding the scope, and optimising current partnerships.
  • Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.

  • Existing partner relationships in LATAM that WATI can leverage.
Requirements
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in partnerships (ideally) or account management, preferably in a tech or software company.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), energetic, team player.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
  • Prior experience in building a partnership program and a track record of successful technology partnerships.
  • Knowledge and experience with the WhatsApp Official API is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is advantageous.
