In This RoleIn this role, the Channel Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with partners to accelerate product adoption and demand generation. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on business goals and marketing investments. A significant portion of your time will be spent engaging partners directly in marketing planning discussions, coordinating internally with stakeholders, and independently executing campaigns. Success will be measured by the quality of marketing execution, ability to influence stakeholders, and independent ownership of deliverables that drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute channel partner marketing strategies and programs to drive awareness and create demand through partners.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and partner capabilities.
- Build expert-level knowledge of partner business objectives and leverage insights to guide planning and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with partners to nurture new capabilities, identify opportunities, and deliver compelling customer experiences.
- Analyze campaign and program data to assess ROI, measure impact, and inform future initiatives.
- Drive brand consistency across partner environments, both online and offline.
- Innovate in channel marketing approaches to deliver value to partners and the business.
- Balance day-to-day responsibilities: ~35% partner calls (marketing planning), ~35% internal collaboration, ~30% independent execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent training.
- Experience: 5–7 years in marketing, with strong exposure to channel/partner ecosystems (distribution channel experience is essential).
- Hard Skills:
- 5+ years with SharePoint and PowerPoint for content and presentation delivery.
- 5+ years with analytics and insights to evaluate campaigns and performance.
- 5+ years with strategic planning, driving marketing execution and outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to present and drive executive-level conversations with partners and stakeholders.
- Proven collaboration and critical thinking skills; highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience showcasing marketing portfolios, case studies, or work samples.
- Comfort navigating complex partner ecosystems with multiple priorities.
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $36.06 USD/ Hr. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
