We are fully remote across Asia and US time zones.- Check out Magic's Business Profile Know more about our Team via Magic's Careers Page**Why this role exists**We are looking for an Outbound Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be helping manage the day-to-day operations of the outbound sales team, focusing on lead generation and closing new business deals.**The impact you'll make**:**1. Sales Strategy and Planning**:- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and close new business deals. Develop and implement B2B outbound sales plans based on provided goals.**2. Sales Team Management**:- Lead and manage the outbound sales team, setting sales goals and KPIs, and providing coaching and support to help team members achieve their targets.- Develop outbound sales team, including recruitment, supervision, and performance management.- Maintain outbound sales team job results by training, counseling, and disciplining employees- .Plan, monitor and appraise outbound sales job results.**3. Sales Operations**:- Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand in the outbound market.- Complete outbound sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results.- Create weekly, quarterly, and annual outbound sales reports that track progress towards goals.**4. Professional Development**:- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.**5. Team Collaboration**:- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.**Requirements**:- 3+ years leading a full sales cycle Outbound sales team- 5+ years of B2B outbound sales experience for organizations in the US & Canada.- B2B Sales experience targeted towards small to medium size businesses is a must- Proven outbound sales management track record of hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a sales team.- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of SPIN and Challenger methodologies is a plus.- Experience managing all aspects of the outbound sales process and driving accountability through pipeline management.- Ability to make data-driven decisions, understand funnel metrics, and forecast team pipelines & targets.- Experience working in a startup environment.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.**Your superpowers are **- Meeting sales goals & KPIs- Negotiation skills- Selling to customer needs- Motivation for sales- Sales planning and KPI formation- Process-oriented- Pipeline management- Metric breakdowns- Coaching- Managing processes- Market knowledge- You have a proven track record of leading and managing an outbound sales team.- You are highly motivated and driven to achieve outbound sales goals and KPIs.- You are highly reliable with a GSD mindset despite external circumstances.
