## Compensation & Benefits Analyst## **ROLE SUMMARY**This position will support to the Compensation and Benefits area maintaining pay structure and benefits program for Brazil & LatamThe role will support and propose design of effective Compensation and Benefits solutions, governance, tools and processes in line with Pfizer’s Global Total Rewards philosophy and strategy, to enhance Pfizer’s ability to attract, motivate, retain and engage a high-performing, committed workforce. Will work close to Brazil operational benefits process to ensure the correct governance.## **ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**Main point of contact with Marsh regarding all the operational side of the benefits in Brazil.Support the annual renewal of insurable benefits, being responsible for all the internal administrative processes for Brazil and Latam. Support the communicating benefits process with PX responsibility and updating materials and Mercer Gold. benefits and salaries. Will also ## The candidate will have anactive collaboration in Global Compensation Structure Annual Update and Global Compensation Cycle.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**3-5 years of relevant compensation and benefits experienceUnderstanding of compensation and benefit principles, tools, processes, and methodologies.## Vendor Management knowledge: Procurement, Payment Processes, Invoices, etc.## Analytical and organizational skills.* ## Work Location Assignment: On-site 2-3x/week or as needed by the business* ## Last day to apply for job: November 25, 2025Karrieren bei Pfizer sind einzigartig.
