ROLE SUMMARY This position will supporttothe Compensation and Benefitsareamaintaining paystructure and benefits programforBrazil & Latam The role will supportand proposedesign of effective Compensation and Benefits solutions, governance,toolsand processes in line with Pfizer’s Global Total Rewards philosophy and strategy, to enhance Pfizer’s ability to attract, motivate,retainand engage ahigh-performing, committed workforce.Willwork closeto Brazil operational benefits process to ensure the correct governance. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Applyofcollective salary agreements in Brazil, including operational and communication to colleagues. Calculate the local profit sharing for colleagues according to the Agreement with the Unions for Brazil and communication with colleagues. Main point of contact with Marshregardingall the operational side of the benefits in Brazil. Be the main point of contact for the Ad-hoc merit increase in Brazil Support the implementation and maintenanceprocess and implementation of benefitin Brazil and Latam Be responsibleto createPO and DDQ. Supportthe annual renewal of insurable benefits,being responsible forall the internal administrative processesfor Brazil and Latam. Proposeimprovements in current programs, as well asidentifyingnew opportunities to guarantee innovative proposals. Supportthecommunicating benefitsprocess with PXresponsibility andupdatingmaterialsand Mercer Gold. The candidate will have direct contact with the suppliers ofthe differentmarketsin order toguarantee solid and reliable relationships. Support the regionof AnnualSurveyParticipation,submittinginformationregardingbenefits and salaries. Will alsoparticipateinspotssurveys. Willbe responsible forensuring that the Comp Information in WD is updated,submittingMassive Uploads and conducting Data Integrity activitiesfor Brazil and Latam The candidate will have anactive collaboration in Global Compensation Structure Annual Update and Global Compensation Cycle. Providesupportregardinganalysis ofjob evaluations,benchmarking activities, as well as been involved inPayfactoractivies. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degreerequiredin Business Administration or similar field 3-5years of relevant compensation and benefits experience Understanding ofcompensation and benefit principles, tools, processes, and methodologies.
