Account Manager - Contracted Novogene is seeking an Account Manager for a contracted position. The role focuses on developing and achieving sales within assigned accounts in life science and genomics. Location: Vitoria, Brazil Metropolitan Area (Remote). Candidates must reside in Brazil and be available to travel within Brazil. Responsibilities Develop, establish, and implement sales plans tailored to accounts to achieve quarterly and annual targets. Grow business rapidly within assigned accounts, acting as the key interface between customers and Novogene divisions. Maintain current knowledge of Novogene’s products and services. Communicate accurately and efficiently with professionals across accounts. Utilize Salesforce.com to document and track client information and sales opportunities. Qualifications BS degree in life sciences (biology, genetics, biochemistry); advanced degree or recent graduate encouraged. Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and account management experience in biotech or a related field. Working knowledge of NGS, genomics, and/or molecular biology. Prior sales experience and a network within assigned accounts is a plus. Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software (a plus). Independent, self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and able to travel within Brazil. Fluent in English; Portuguese fluency preferred. Strong communication skills with a wide range of professionals.
