As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to join our team and drive revenue through **strategic prospecting, cold calling, and deal-closing**.**Role Overview**:As a **Business Development Representative (BDR)** at **Hyperion Global**, you will be responsible for **identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities**. Your primary focus will be **prospecting potential clients, cold calling decision-makers, and securing contracts** that align with our waste management and disposal solutions.**Key Responsibilities**:**Prospecting & Lead Generation** - Research and identify potential clients through market research, LinkedIn, and outbound strategies.**Sales Pipeline Management** - Qualify leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.**Consultative Selling** - Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their waste management and disposal challenges.**Closing Deals** - Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and convert prospects into long-term customers.**Collaboration** - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.**What We’re Looking For**:- **Fluency in English is required.
