**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a **Salesforce Project Manager** to our **Global Sales and Operations** team in **São Paulo**
Wellhub Revenue Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to partner our team to crack the most important strategic topics in sales organization, driving revenue growth and improving sales productivity and customer value. You will be responsible for helping execute and scale operational and planning processes in partnership with our sales teams globally.
**YOUR IMPACT**:
- Planning, execution, and monitoring of the goals and objectives of each project stage (KPIs);
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues (support);
- Facilitating project meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, feedback and open communication with the team on project planning execution;
- Provide project management methodology;
- Control the evolution of projects involving risk management, stakeholders, scope, cost management, resource allocation, and milestones;
- Manage and keep track of projects;
- Prepare Project Status Reports;
- Develop the interviews and TO BE and AS IS journeys;
- Review product documentation (RFC and definition of done);
- Be responsible for training sessions and tools adoption;
- Keep schedules up to date.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques;
- Salesforce knowledge;
- Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities;
- Strong workflow skills;
- Advanced English;
- Agile methodologies knowledge is a plus;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time;
- Performance-oriented;
- Analytical skills.
