Overview

Quality Assurance Analyst (English Required) - Avanade. We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive QA Analyst with strong analytical capabilities, experience in test automation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment. Advanced English is required for daily international interactions.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QA practices and tools
  • Lead testing execution activities and participate in review meetings
  • Identify and escalate QA issues; guide others on correct processes
  • Create test matrices and automated scripts with supervision while translating business needs into concrete work
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure broad test coverage
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Propose innovative solutions and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance and test automation
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Excellent English communication skills (advanced to fluent) for daily interaction with international teams
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced English (mandatory)
