OverviewQuality Assurance Analyst (English Required) - Avanade.
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive QA Analyst with strong analytical capabilities, experience in test automation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Advanced English is required for daily international interactions.What You'll DoAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QA practices and toolsLead testing execution activities and participate in review meetingsIdentify and escalate QA issues; guide others on correct processesCreate test matrices and automated scripts with supervision while translating business needs into concrete workCollaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure alignment with project goalsDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure broad test coverageIdentify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolutionPropose innovative solutions and contribute to process improvementsQualificationsProven experience in Quality Assurance and test automationStrong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processesExperience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)Excellent English communication skills (advanced to fluent) for daily interaction with international teamsAbility to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural environmentAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailAdvanced English (mandatory)About YouExceptional communicationConflict resolution and decision-making skills in fast-paced, multicultural environmentsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with Microsoft Alliance Global Partner of the Year (14 consecutive years)Development and training with minimum 80 hours per year for paid training and certificationsReal-time access to technical and skilled resources globallyDedicated career counselor and supportive coworkersVarious benefits including meal vouchers, medical and dental insurance, certifications and training, life insurance, private pension, daycare support, and wellness programs
