Role Summary

This is a specialist role in the provision of medical and safety information to consumers, healthcare professionals, and other external customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to requests received via various channels, including telephone, website/email, letter, fax, and scientific meetings.

The key responsibilities of this role include providing accurate and timely responses to queries, identifying and documenting adverse events, special situation events, and product complaints, and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess a nursing degree, excellent communication skills, and the ability to write in a fluent and grammatically correct manner. They will also have a working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, regulations, and industry standards.

In addition, the candidate will require strong cognitive abilities, including verbal reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical ability, as well as the ability to multitask with attention to detail within restrictive timeframes.

Job Requirements

  • Nursing degree (RN/BS/BA/MS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to write in a fluent and grammatically correct manner
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, regulations, and industry standards
  • Strong cognitive abilities, including verbal reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical ability
