About the role:
We are looking for a Tech Talent Sourcing Specialist to source and build pipelines of top tech talent.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates
- Managing end-to-end candidate processes with speed and precision
- Partnering closely with clients and supporting interviews/feedback
- Writing job adverts and managing responses effectively
You will be working in a fully remote environment with uncapped commission, high fee sizes, unlimited annual leave, private healthcare, and clear progression in a supportive culture.
We are a B Corp Certified recruitment group with award-winning brands in Technology, Finance, and AI & Machine Learning.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Delivery Consultant, exposure to AI Engineering, software engineering, data science, or machine learning, and familiarity with the US West Coast market.
Your qualifications include:
- Previous experience in sourcing and recruiting top tech talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the US West Coast market
