  • Categorize candidates based on screening results and interviews, ensuring alignment with hiring teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting, focusing on talent acquisition and sourcing.
  • 1+ years of experience leading or managing recruitment or sourcing teams.
  • Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments.
  • In-depth understanding of headhunting within the IT industry.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
